Reality Radio: Future

Listen to the radioshow "Reality Radio: Future" in sli.se and then you write a text called:

 I, 15 years from now.

Who are you in 15 years? What does your life look like? Who are you still friends with? What do you work as? Family or single? etc etc...

You can either write is as a description of your life or as a story from a day in your life, you choose!

Google account + sli-konto

Step 1 is to set up a Google account so you can work and save what you do and also share it with others.

Step 2 is to set up a ski-konto so you can log on and watch clips and videos on sli.se. Click on this link to get to the web site where you can start your account.

Rough cuts on Identity

Listen to "Rough Cuts on Identity" on your own. Link could be found here!

Then, you and a friend should make your own discussion and record it.

Discuss the following questions:

What is an identity? 

Who are you? What is your personality like?

How do you define your identity?

If you were to describe yourself with three words, what would that be?

What do you think others think of you?

Is it easy or difficult being you?

What things influence you?
What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses?
What do you need to work on? 

Remember to motivate your answers, that is: explain why you think the way you do. What makes you think and act in this way?

Use iMovie or GarageBand to record your discussion on the iPads.

My future - introduction

Hi there,

In this course, you will learn how to present yourself and your dreams for the future. We will work together with the career adviser learning about what options and possabilities you have.

You will learn how to present yourself in English using different technical equipments, for example iMovie, Photostory, Keynote and many others.

In the end, you will present yourself in English to a group of friends and to your teacher.

Ett tips på vägen: Tänk på att förklara MYCKET kring varför ni tycker som ni gör. Säg inte bara vad utan och framför allt varför? Ni får gärna tycka till om andra delar än de som jag har skrivit upp!
